Design Supervisor

• Review and evaluate tenant design submissions, from initial concept plans through to final construction drawings • Ensure all retail store designs comply with company design standards, mall guidelines, and regulatory requirements • Approve design proposals, plans, and specifications prior to construction/fit-out implementation • Lead and guide tenants, designers, and architects throughout the design and fit-out process • Provide technical direction and recommendations to ensure design feasibility and quality execution • Oversee tenant fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved plans and timelines • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs • Address and resolve design-related issues during construction in a timely manner • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., leasing, operations, and engineering) as needed to support tenant requirements • Liaise with external consultants (architectural, MEPF, and specialty consultants) on an as-needed basis • Maintain proper documentation of design submissions, approvals, and revisions • Ensure all designs meet safety, accessibility, and operational standards
