Construction Manager (Horizontal)

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of golf course construction activities, including earthworks, shaping, and landscaping • Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards • Supervise contractors and subcontractors involved in civil works, turfing, irrigation, and drainage systems • Monitor site development, including fairways, greens, bunkers, cart paths, and related facilities • Coordinate closely with golf course designers, agronomists, and consultants to meet design specifications • Ensure proper installation and functionality of irrigation and drainage systems critical to turf health • Oversee turf establishment, grow-in phases, and landscaping works • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements • Identify and resolve on-site construction and design issues promptly • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders • Manage project costs, materials, and resource allocation efficiently • Maintain strong communication with project owners, consultants, and internal teams
