• Site monitoring and inspection of architectural works to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate, control, and ensure proper rectification of project issues and punch-listed items. • Organize and maintain construction and architectural documents for accurate tracking and reference. • Monitor progress of ongoing construction to ensure alignment with project timelines. • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to address site concerns and ensure smooth execution. • Organize and facilitate architectural NSC meetings to resolve design and construction issues.
