Property Engineer

• Supervises and gives proper instructions to technicians to ensure that they are using the right procedure, tools, etc. • Checks service requests and addresses engineering-related concerns raised by owners, tenants, team members and all other service providers through systematic approach with clear action plans. • Monitors all safety and security systems and ensures that all are in excellent operating condition. • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
