Leasing and Secondary Sales Associate

• Manage Lease Renewals: coordinate with Unit Owner and Tenant, prepare lease renewal documents and collect rental and commission payments; conduct rental rate reviews for Unit Owners and negotiate price increases and Lease Management Services availment • Management Move-outs: conduct move-out inspection, prepare move-out report and assist in security deposit settlements • Enlist units for lease: orient Unit Owners with Rockwell's Leasing services and guide them through the registration process • Client Management: assist existing tenants with lease concerns; coordinate with applicable teams to attend to clients' concerns/matters • Market Scan: conduct monthly competitor checks and benchmarking • Conduct ocular inspection/viewing of the unit with prospective buyers • Collect and prepare documentary requirements such as offer to purchase, deed of assignment, and deed of sale • Negotiate terms of the sale with prospective buyers and close the deal
