• Prepares, reviews, and processes sales and property-related legal documents (e.g., Contracts to Sell, Deeds of Absolute Sale) to ensure regulatory compliance • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation prior to execution and release • Supports title registration and tax processing with government agencies such as BIR, ROD, and local assessors • Assists in the preparation and monitoring of transfer-related taxes (e.g., CGT, DST, transfer taxes) • Tracks title transfers and document status to ensure timely completion of ownership transfers • Maintains secure records management systems and provides status updates to stakeholders and clients
