• Lead daily building operations, maintenance, and administration to ensure smooth and efficient facility functioning. • Ensure prompt and professional response to tenant/unit owner requests, maintaining exceptional service standards. • Support preventive maintenance programs, repair activities, and building upkeep to ensure safety, compliance, and functionality. • Monitor adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to building operations and tenant services. • Collaborate with the Building Manager to implement initiatives that enhance property value, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
