Cyber Security Officer

Makati City Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity risk management or related IT security roles, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment. Job Description +

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor risks associated with real estate development projects, retail operations, and mixed-use facilities • Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with Rockwell’s business objectives • Conduct risk assessments for new property developments, tenant agreements, construction activities, and operational initiatives • Provide guidance to project teams and management on risk mitigation strategies, insurance, and control measures • Monitor compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices • Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and analyses to senior management and key stakeholders • Collaborate with project, operations, legal, and finance teams to support risk-aware decision-making • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and exposures, and recommend corrective or preventive actions • Support business continuity planning, crisis management, and disaster recovery efforts • Assist internal and external audits related to risk management, compliance, and project governance

Required Skill +

Risk Identification & Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's IT systems, networks, and applications. Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement cybersecurity risk management strategies and frameworks to safeguard the organization’s data and technology infrastructure. Risk Mitigation: Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of identified risks on business operations. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that cybersecurity policies and practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). Incident Management: Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including data breaches, and ensure effective incident handling and reporting. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure security measures are fully integrated into the organization’s processes and systems. Training & Awareness: Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity risks, best practices, and the importance of maintaining a secure work environment. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and the status of mitigation efforts for senior management and stakeholders. Third-Party Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and partners to ensure they comply with Rockwell Land’s cybersecurity standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve risk management strategies.

Qualification +

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field (Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or IT Risk Management) is a plus.
