• Responsible for designing and implementing creative and sustainable landscape solutions that enhance the aesthetics and value of Rockwell’s premium properties. • Develop and maintain planting plans, garden layouts, and outdoor features in line with brand standards. • Oversee the health, maintenance, and care of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns to ensure vibrant landscapes. • Monitor soil quality, irrigation, and environmental conditions, recommending improvements as needed. • Collaborate with property management, design, and construction teams to integrate landscaping seamlessly with overall property design. • Research and apply innovative horticultural practices to promote sustainability and optimize resource efficiency.
