Customer Care Associate

• Answering phone calls/emails for inquiries about Power Plant Mall • Managing the reception area, Internal and External customers • Monitors, updating Tenant's number, incident reports, mall IDs, and other assigned tasks • Releasing of circulars, receiving and monitoring of documents received • Musicians' schedule and release of payment • Rockwellist/E-gc processing of merchants/tenants payment • Preparing of RFPs, CAs, and Liquidation
