• Send the Daily Sales Productivity Report to the whole Sales and Marketing team for their reference through email. • Coordinate the team through scheduling team meetings and sending out a copy of minutes. • Inform the team of the new policies and procedures through cascading memos and sending emails. • Review all documents for Team Head’s signature to ensure information accuracy and for tracking and filing purposes. • Request needed supplies for the team through PR System and through Supplies Requisition Form. • Prepare RFPs for all supplies, utilities, and any other needed to ensure that the team is accounted for all acquisitions and usages. • Receive email and call inquiries from other teams for coordination and or other concerns. • Maintain a database for Sales Executives who have filed their MBs to track status and ensure all are complying with the policy. • Coordinate shuttle reservation for the whole team. • Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned.
