Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Provide coaching, guidance, and training as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to develop sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast sales volumes and set performance goals accordingly. Manage the sales budget effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales growth and pipeline development. Take corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Implement improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
